Default Cold Air Intake or Performance Programmer?

Wanting to get a little extra MPG and HP would be nice too.

I have 2007 FX4. 2'' Level lift. 20" rims 35" MT's

I am looking at 2 products, I may end up getting both but will only be doing one for now so was wondering which one should I get first that would see a benefit?

CIA > http://www.autoanything.com/air-inta...erformance-kit

Programmer > http://www.autoanything.com/performa...A4965A0A0.aspx

Any advice or input is appreciated!

Programmer. The stock intake works fine and already is a CAI (it pulls from the wheel well, the so-called "cold air" intakes on the market pull air from the engine bay... you decide which one is colder). But if you want more air, replace the stock intake end with PVC pipe (look up the Gotts mod on here).

But yeah the Gotts mod combined with a tuner and a custom tune from 5* or More Power Tuning will do much more than the crap CAIs on the market for our engines.

It's been said (typed) n-times, n-ways .....
Save your $$$$$ - Forget the "CAI" and get the tunes.
