My 16 year old purchased a 98 F150 and used wire wheels to clean up the frame. Once completed he sprayed it with Eastwood Rust Encapsulator. Rust was back within a couple of weeks. Took the truck to a shop and had the frame sandblasted and on the same day he used an Eastwood "prep" product to wipe the frame down and he again painted it with 2 to 3 coats of Encapsulator. Rust is bleeding back through again within a couple of weeks! HELP. Suggestions?

 

I would suggest letting the shop sandblast and paint that way if it pops back up you can take the truck back and they should cover it.
