Default Changed my plugs at 71k truck runs rough now?

Hi everyone I have the 2.7 EcoBoost
Everything was fine before no misfire or nothing
I recently did the plugs oem motorcraft and now truck seems hesitant and I can feel small vibration
On seat....any thoughts?
The guy that did em didnt gap them nor did he
Disconnect the battery will that affect it?
I was so happy until this happened dont know if it's the plugs or maybe something else thx.

The installer probably cracked the ceramic insulator on one or more of them. Take it back.

Could be that a coil wasn't installed property and you have one cylinder not firing.

"didn't gap them".

What kind of idiot doesn't gap spark plugs? Even if they come pre-gapped, I verify every time.

Take it back to the guy that did it. You paid him to do it, he should fix it without anything extra.

Out of the 16 plugs I bought for mine 6 were not gapped right and if he did not change the boots you might have one not making good contact
(springs stay compressed or pills disintegrate) and you still have the not all the way on.

Insulator crack or improper boot connect will throw a code ... guaranteed. No codes, go through the process and check everything.

If you have a quality scanner, do a live-time review of each cylinder.
