I've ran stangs in a hi boost supercharged environment and the catch cans work. The modular engines tend to run a bit dirty. The advantage is keeping the nasty non oxiginated vapors from re entering into the combustion path. So yes they do work if you get a good one. Here's an example of a dirty valley Intercooler in a supercharged application.

Correct me if I'm wrong (I often am), but isn't there a significant difference between a "hi boost supercharged" engine and a stock turbo charged one? Just saying....

Probably so, I was just illustrating a sever situation. The catch cans do work and keep the crud out of the intake track. JLT or Bob's are a couple of the better working units.
