Default Broken spark plug 2004 5.4

What should I do from here? I started getting misfire code, and def def my engine shaking truck faster I went- going slow seemed pretty ok to get around in emergency. So I was checking spark plug and when I pulled off the coil boot, it looked like a light layer of burnt sludge on the boot. Then put socket on plug and it was very loose. So loose I didnt even think I was turning it. So I tightened it and sure enough, it tightened. So then when I took it out, well see for yourself..... wtf
How would I get the pieces out if even at all?

I’d dive in and learn about the 5.4 3v, it’s issues, and how to remove its plugs.

The same thing happened to my son’s 5.4 when changing the plugs. He didn’t have any choice but to put the new ones in and hope for the best and luckily all went well and it is still running fine a year later.

Try fishing with a magnet on a flexible stalk?

Also take a look inside with a endoscope. I bought a cheap one a few years ago and discovered lots of uses for it.

Lol i happened to have a shop magnet and tried, but no luck. Just ****. I might just put in the new plug n see what happens like the previous guy did with son's truck. Maybe was sucked in cylinder and blown out with exhaust.
Although i get her the broken plug removal kit but there's really nothing to get.

That would be great. I'll put in new spark plug this evening.
