Default Brakes Grinding - 2012 F150 Ecoboost

My brakes are grinding extremely bad... there is a faint rubbing/grinding sound while driving, but it gets extremely loud when braking.

I've replaced: Rotors, Brake Pads and Calipers... and it STILL does the exact same thing... grinds like crazy.

Yes, the brake pads are installed properly. Yes, the calipers are installed properly. No, the rotors aren't grooved.

I'm at a complete loss... and ideas?

Thanks

did you grease the caliper guide pins? even if you didn´t, with new calipers there shouldn´t be grinding and/or brake drag as bad as your experiencing

Yes, greased pins.

Agreed, this makes no sense.

Is the Grinding in the front or rear? Did you do brakes on all 4 wheels?
You need to check bearing and if your truck is a 4X4 the IWE's

I think what I am reading is that you had a "noise in the brakes", so you replaced everything yet...the noise is still there? If so, objective evidence indicates...it wasn't the brakes. You need to look elsewhere. On the bright side, you won't have to do the front brakes for a long, long time...
