I am trying to replace the rear diff. on my 07. do I have to take the springs out, because the two pressed bolts holding the axle are just spinning when i try and remove the nuts.

If I understand correctly, it sounds like you're trying to remove the bolts holding the spring pack together. Those aren't attached to the axle at all. You just remove the u-bolts.
