Bogged down no power wired open?
So long story...I replaced my intake manifold gasket. After a short time I started to loos power, like it is bogged down until higher RPMs. I took it to a local mechanic. He told me that on the back of the engine there is an actuator that allows more air in (no the intake manifold) He said it was stuck closed. He wired it open and It did help with power a little but sometimes I am scared to pull on the road because it takes so long to get up some speed.
The question is what part is he talking about?
