Default Bluetooth sync with Cricket Wireless

I change my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S6 Plus from Cricket Wireless. When I attempt to sync to my 2010 F150 neither the phone or the Ford unit can find each other. Previously I had Virgin Mobile as was able to sync with my Galaxy S3 with no problem. I've looked at the official Ford compatible lists and don't see Cricket (nor Virgin for that matter). Am I SOL () or is there something I'm missing. I've also looked though the forums and Google but haven't found anything specific to Cricket.

Hi essej1,

Which SYNC system do you have in your truck - Touchscreen or basic SYNC:

Once I know that, I'll be able to send you a couple things to try.

Thanks! First, make sure your old phone is no longer in the system by following step 1 in Tip #3 here:

http://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-t...html?sync=sync

Then, try a reverse pairing of your new phone by following these steps:

http://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-t...html?sync=sync

If that doesn't work, perform a master reset and try re-pairing your phone again:

http://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-t...html?sync=sync

Should neither of those do the trick, you may want to contact Cricket to see if they have any suggestions. I hope that helps!

I'll take curtain number 1. Deleting the old phones and adding a new device worked. I guess there was a limit of how many phones are able to connect.

Thanks for your quick, and most important accurate help.
