Default Blend door actuator or something else?

I replaced the blend door actuator in my 2014 Ford F150 5.0 last year using an aftermarket part from AutoZone (not OEM). However, there is still a significant clicking noise coming from the actuator. The main issue I have now is that when the heater is on, the warm air only flows from the driver's side. Meanwhile, cold air comes from the passenger and rear vents. I plan to replace the actuator again, this time with an OEM part, but I can still see the current one functioning. I'm wondering if there could be another issue, such as a problem with a relay or the blower.

Its very important when you install these that you wait until after its installed, to plug in the power. Did you do this?

I believe I plugged it in to ensure the part worked before installation since it was aftermarket from Autozone. What does that do?

Update: I replaced the aftermarket actuator with the OEM one and checked all the fuses. The clicking has stopped, but no warm air is blowing out the passenger and back seat vents. At this point, can I bypass the dual climate system and have a singular setting throughout the whole truck?

I googled how many blend door actuators your truck as and came up with four. Is another one bad? I’ve seen it where they malfunction but don’t click.
