Reset the Blend Door position
I have read that you can pull a fuse to rest the blend door position. 2016 F150 XLT had the issue where the air only came out the dash vent no mater what the controls said. Replaced the blend door motor. Now if I have it set on defrost & dash it will come out at my feet? My research said I need to pull the master junction box fuse what one is that and where do I find it? Thank you in advance for the help

Need to run it thru the actuator position calibration process.
NOTE: The purpose of the module actuator position calibration is to allow the HVAC module to reinitialize and calibrate the actuator stop points. To carry out calibration, carry out the following steps.
Remove BCM fuse 46 for at least one minute.NOTE: When the ignition switch is switched to the ON position, the HVAC module will initialize and calibrate the actuators. Calibration of the actuators will take approximately 30 seconds.
Reinstall BCM fuse 46. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position and wait 30 seconds before verifying correct mode door actuator operation.

Try to unplug actuator, let it cycle a few times, then replug it in. I had another vehicle and that fixed it (as far as the recalibration after install). Are you sure it connected correctly into the slot?
