Default Best Hail Cover for F150 Supercrew shortbed?

Just moved to Texas where the trucks are BIG, and the garages are extremely tiny!!! Not getting rid of my truck, so I need to avoid hail while parking on driveway. Any experience with good whole truck covers that protect from hail?
Thanks! (new to group - great info out here....)

If you can, how about a carport? There aren't many covers that will protect from golf ball size to grapefruit sized hail (I heard hail grows big down there, too).

man i totally get it because those tiny garages are a nightmare for a truck that size since you are parked in the driveway you really have two main options

the hail protector is the gold standard because it is inflatable and literally bounces hail off like a trampoline it is bulky but it is the only thing that handles the massive stones we get here

if you want something simpler look for a custom covercraft with high impact padding or the hail jacket just make sure it is rated for impact and not just dust or rain

i went through the exact same thing when i moved and had to keep my BMW covered all year to protect it from the elements and it definitely saved me a few insurance claims

This is my hail preventer. I’m not sure any car cover will stop hail damage. It might help with minor hail storms but not the big stuff.

Bringing this thread up again.

Are there any viable alternative except for the balloon looking cover?
I was hoping to find something thick (like neoprene or similar) that would cover the top of the truck. I don't mind that it's big during storage.

Please spare the comments of build garage and so on if possible.
