Pretty sure he stated that they ordered the truck, but he didn't receive it yet. He is backing out due to financial trouble. I've had family members that have made financial deals, only to find out that they have cancer and back out because they have to pay thousands in medical bills. You don't know him, nor do you know his situation.

^^While your post could be right, how does that explain him shopping for a truck in 2016? OP either decided he didn't like the price after he agreed on it or he is spending waaaayyy more than he should be.

You seem a little dim.. And Actually no. The truck has not arrived yet. I said nothing about not negotiating as good as I could have. The salesman told me to order another one. He said no problem selling this truck to someone else. When I DO order a new truck, I am looking for ways to negotiate price beyond invoice. Open your eyes and stop being a troll.

There was nothing wrong with the price. If I didn't need a new roof on my luxury beach home I would have continued with the purchase.

Why would you want to put yourself in the same situation in 2016 you would be in now if you took the truck? This isn't a financial forum so I won't go into financials now.... Hopefully you get to enjoy your new truck worry free once you receive it.

You must have gotten a raw deal on your truck. . No info on haggling or negotiations. Thanks for your time. Go troll somebody elses thread, loser.

Has nothing to do with how great of a deal you got on a truck. I actually got a hell of a deal on my truck, was it new, no, but it fit my budget which is something you apparently have no idea about. My point was why go buy a $55k vehicle when you MAY need that $ to have repairs or unforeseen expenses, but you are the man you know it all. I'll go ahead and stick around this thread since I'm definitely a troll with 800+ comments to your 9.

800 comments, must be doing alot of trolling. You've never bought a new truck? Why are you even commenting? You have no viable information pertaining to my question seeing as how you don't have to worry about invoice price at your time of purchase.

Just to lighten things up a bit, does anyone besides me think that the guy in Post #9
Better to die on you're feet than to live on you're knee's
should meet the guy in Post #11?

If you misspell another word, I will fight you... And that's no lie.
Just asking.

Have I bought a new F150, no, I refuse to pay that price for a truck since I use mine as a truck is intended and would cringe to put a dent or ding in a $40k plus vehicle (O yeah and the fact I live within my means). I have bought my wife a new car and suv and have been around the forums long enough and done enough research to know how it goes.

You are right though its better to have a $50k truck than have a roof over your head. Later man I'm out, gonna enjoy my weekend, hope you enjoy yours too.
