Default Bed Decal Help

I took off my OEM STX bed emblems and it seemed there was no clear coat underneath......trust me theres none....now i have some clearcoat peeling from where the outline of the emblems were. Would the best bet be to just have a custom bed decal made and have it like slighty larger to cover where the peeling has occurred? not sure if id want to get 4X2 or something else? I have fx4 09+ fender emblems but i believe having a fx4 bed decal would be trying to pose as something i am not so lol

are you sure its peeling and its not just an adhesive line? those decals are put on after the truck is painted....did your truck ever have any paintwork done

no body work that i know of....i have a clear and defined outline of where the decal was....you can run your finger from the regular paint and then it goes down to the section of where the decal was.
