No, both are for the 5.5' as far as I can tell!

Default Roll-X is Now Gone RevolverX2 is New Improved Version

The 36309 is the older discontinued model Roll-X and the 39309 is the replacement RevolverX2. The Roll-X had a 1yr warranty and the RevolverX2 has a 3yr. Many other improvements were made. Check out this link to see all
