Thank you Wiggum as that is exactly as I see it. I did not have a problem prior so there was no reason to take it in any earlier than when the problem arose. They could have went the extra mile or 14 hours afterwards as it was, but they did not. They took a hard stance unlike another dealer that I know who allowed warranty work 30 days out without blinking an eye in order to keep the customer for future work and sales. this was not the case here.
