Default aux reverse light wiring

Im planning on buying a small rectangle light from autozone this weekend when i get my lights for my bull bar. Im gona put them under the bumper, not gona run a switch or anything, just tap into the reverse light wire so when i put it in reverse that light comes on too.

I know exactly how im gona do it, but i dont know which wire is the reverse light power wire. If anybody has a setup like this and knows which wire it is please help me. I dont want to have to check every wire to find the right one

BTW: 2000 f150 if that makes a difference

pull the tail light assmelby off and take the power wire cut it get some solder, heat shrink, electrical tape and make it look pretty then run the wire wherever you think looks best. also use the vehicle as a ground

I dont think the reverse light on the tail lights can support another light tapped into them. Do you know which is the reverse light wire for the 7-pole trailer connection?

Alright nevermind i got this all figured out now, 1 light on each far side of the bar that supports the hitch, tap both into the middle wire on the back of the trailer hook up.
I just needed to look for myself but it was dark and rainy last night and the idea just hit me at like 10:45 yesterday

FYI, in case you haven't done much wiring work, you have to use a relay for this setup. The little stock reverse wiring will not carry the load of two additional big lights. Also, please solder and tape (or shirk tube) all connections you make. It will save a bunch of headaches compared to useless scotch-lock connectors.

NO NO NO NO NO! exactly what i was talking about with scotch locks. Do not use anything like this or you will be sorry when the problems WILL start happening. That is the lazyest, ****tyest way to wire anything. Take a couple extra minutes and do it the right way. And btw militaryredneck, not bashing on you, I'm bashing on the connectors. just trying to steer people in the correct way to wire things.
