Default alloy rims

Hey everyone.... I'm new here, so I'd appreciate some opinions. Currently I have 20-inch Boss rims.... a HUGE disappointment. They started pitting within the first year. Now, I've decided I don't feel like dealing with the chrome anymore. I've been looking on tirerack.com and I noticed a set of rims by Granite Alloy. Has anyone heard anything about these??? Thanks!!!

Any alloy will pit if the clearcoat is damaged... You could get your rims refinished.

I've heard getting chrome rims refinished costs just as much as buying new rims. Is that true?

Thanks for all of the replies everyone. After doing a little searching and talking to a local wheel and tire dealer, it seems that Granite Alloy is not a bad rim. I decided to go with the GA3.6 Silver - 20-inch. This should turn out to be a lower maintenance and nice looking rim for my truck. Thanks again for all the input!!!
