Default The age old question.....best ecoboost exhaust

So I know a lot of people will tell me to leave my exhaust alone on my 2015 ecoboost, but I just can't! So what is the best sounding exhaust for a ecoboost. I would prefer a twin side exit behind rear tire exhaust. Anyone ever heard any of the borla exhaust or magnaflow? Does Gibson make on? Help me out here lol

I don't know the best for the Eco Woodrow, but Borla and Corsa are quality exhaust w/o droning like the Flowmaster brands. However, after talking to a friend that changed out his ECO's exhaust, I will venture to say you will wish you hadn't. He said his Eco just didn't have a good sound with an aftermarket exhaust. Good luck on your decision.

Like the majority will tell you, save you're money man. Why not use that money on new wheels, new tires, bed liner, anything?

So it's been debated to the ends of the earth, but this is truly a personal preference thing.

Listen to some sound clips and then decide for yourself.

If you're expecting a deep V8 Burble, it's not going to happen. BUT, that doesn't mean it sounds bad, just not what you would traditionally expect.

go ride with someone that has a diesel and go down the highway. your EB is closer to that than a traditional v8 truck. It is a unique sound. I went from a Dodge Cummins with a straight pipe to this EB and this exhaust is staying stock

Default Borla touring

Anyone ever heard the borla touring exhaust? I heard it's not loud, but yet not to silent either.

I have the Heartthrob 4" and I don't particularly care for it. Too loud.

A quick search in YouTube brings up a bunch of exhaust videos for the 3.5 Eco. While obviously not most realistic representation of what it will sound like in person, I'm sure it gets the idea across. I personally am gonna be getting a Borla Atak. I think it sounds aggressive without being too crazy loud. Fast forward to 2:00 for the Atak clip.
