Question Adaptive Cruise Control Issue

Hello all,

A bit of history, I have a 2016 F150 Lariat Sport 502A package truck with about 34,XXX miles on it. I purchased the truck about 5 months ago and cruise control (let alone the adaptive part) has never worked for me. I have double checked with Ford and this truck was originally sold new with factory adaptive cruise control so it is not an aftermarket addition by the previous owner or anything. I have all the required buttons (on my steering wheel) and modules (radar and braking controls in the front) installed. I am an active FORScan user and below you will find the 4 DTC's my truck is currently reporting. When I go into the cluster settings of the truck (1st picture) the selection for normal cruise control and adaptive cruise control are grayed out and will not let me select them. I have checked with LivinItUp (who is extremely helpful) to make sure all my programming codes are correct and they were with no changes needed. Using FORScan I have checked and the radar/distance sensor module in the front bumper (P/N FL3Z-9E731-D) and it is receiving and showing distance, closure rate, target power etc. correctly. However the C-CM is throwing code U0423 (4th picture) something to do with the IPC (instrument panel cluster) I guess?

If anyone has seen this issue or knows a likely cause of this I am all ears and will try anything. Not having even normal cruise control has been a real pain....

If you need more pictures, have questions, comments or things to try lets hear it!

Thank you all
