Action Trac Service Needs Serviced
I need help you all,
My 2016 F-150 4X4 with the 5.0 has devloped a most disturbing issue.
The "Action Trac Service" goes into a fault mode, luminating a wrench symbol and then puts the truck in "Safe Mode" or limp mode as it's commonly referred to.
I took it to the dealer, after 3 weeks they gave it back saying it was the throttle position sensor and throttle body sensor, they replaced both and said I was good to go.
Not 6 miles from dealer, on my way home, it went back into limp mode again with the Action Trac Service indicator needing serviced and again back into the limp mode.
Fortunately if I shut the truck off for two or more minutes it runs fine for anywhere from 3 miles to 30 miles but it alsways goes back into limp mode.
Anyone else experience this and any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
