Truck coming in the opposite direction drifted into my lane. I had to swerve to avoid a collision but our mirrors caught. He had those big dodge tow mirrors. My mirror folded in and cracked my drivers window as well. The other driver pulled over and was extremely apologetic. Could have been much much worse if I wasn’t paying attention. With my 3 year old in the truck, I’ll take the broken mirror any day.

Hope you got his information, those mirrors are anything but inexpensive.

Most definitely. Between the mirror, window, and the black trim at the bottom of the window, I’m guessing it’s going to be between $1500-$2000 for repairs. My local dealership charges $185/hr.
I see a lot of people with their tow mirrors out while not towing. Why??
I don't get that either. Dodge/Ram trucks seem to be the worst offenders around here. I see the HD Rams with their mirrors flipped up pretty often.
They must think it looks cool.
