Default 79 restoration

I just bough a 79 shortbed 4x4 f150 ranger, with a 351m for $800. The engine and tranny run well but the truck is rusty in the bed and the floorpans. I also just found out that it is leaking gas. What are the key things to do to the truck to make it sellable for more than $800 While still attempting to make some money, or is it not worh it to try and make money with this truck?

If you're looking to make money, you picked the wrong truck to do it with. The best way to make money on vehicles is to buy them cheap needing mechanical work (bad engine or tranny) but with nice bodies, swap out the bad part and resell.
