Ok, if you have one of the lifts that does use spacers, IIRC, they can use the stock strut replacements. If your lift doesn't use the spacers, I'd contact Fox, and explain what you have, and what you want to do.
I mentioned Fox, I like and use their stuff, and they helped me out a few years ago. I have an '04 Ranger with torsion bar front suspension, that the Tbars are cranked for a 2" lift. I couldn't find suitable shocks on my own, so I contacted Fox, told them what I was doing, and they did some research, and came up with what I needed. The other companies would likely do the same for you.
I'd still recommend Fox regardless of what style lift you have. They're just my preference.![Wink](https://www.f150forum.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)

Ya, Fox isn't cheap, and there's some out that will make your wallet bleed. A shop I was at the other day, the owner had a newer Chevy, a 2500 Duramax, with a Ready Lift 6" lift. I noticed he didn't have spacers, but full height Bilsteins. Likely those are available for a 4" Ford"?
I found these for you, it looks like they may be full height. You didn't say if you have a spacer or not.

Doesn't appear to be much out there full height for a 4" lift.
