I recently bought an 84 f150 with a 351w, but in my opinion it was too quiet. I could barely even hear the thing run, which I thought needed changed. I had rear shocks put on and at the shop he had a single in, single out flowmaster which we thought would give it a nice rumble. I picked it up this morning and it sounds just as quiet as before! I also have a 2010 f150 with the 5.4 and I had a magnaflow put on with duals out the back, it has a very nice low rumble so I thought the flowmaster would do the trick. Any ideas on what the best course would be? My buddy says take off the cat, I think remove the flowmaster and just run straight pipe out from the cat...
