25% window tint
i have a 2008 f150 XL and i was wondering if anybody had pics of there trucks with 25% tint on them because my truck is black so it will look good, but i want to see some sweet looking trucks first. Thanks
I say dark tint is better
I'll go for 20% but then you still have to check the current tint law in your state, you may check it at www.TintBuyer.com. They provide relevant information about window tints such as its types, quotations and will help you find the best professional tinter near your area.

Those look really good. The only problem with darker than legal tint, aside from the random ticket, is if you have a collision. You're opening up the argument that the reason you didn't see that vehicle you collided with was due to the fact you knowingly and intentionally put darker than legal window tint on your vehicle, thus creating a safety hazard. Not a good idea in today's litigous society.....IMO
since truck windows are "flat" instead of curved like car windows, and single cab trucks, especially, 5% will seem more like 15 or 20... I put 15 on my other truck and changed it to 5, and it still wasn't super dark....
if you can't see with tinted windows you don't have any business with them anyways... the sun bothers my eyes without tint especially on the sides, so it helps prevent the blinding i get from that too.....
