25% window tint
i have a 2008 f150 XL and i was wondering if anybody had pics of there trucks with 25% tint on them because my truck is black so it will look good, but i want to see some sweet looking trucks first. Thanks

I think the majority of us that have the 04-08 have 20% - that's what matches the factory rear window tint.

yup.. unless u live in MA. where its only 35% here. which really sucks cuz then u cant match up the rears.. oh well, we strive for black interior around here!!

Window Tint
I say dark tint is better :) I'll go for 20% but then you still have to check the current tint law in your state, you may check it at www.TintBuyer.com. They provide relevant information about window tints such as its types, quotations and will help you find the best professional tinter near your area. :thumbsup:

I had 35% and it wasn't dark enough, so I through on 5% over that.

Those look really good. The only problem with darker than legal tint, aside from the random ticket, is if you have a collision. You're opening up the argument that the reason you didn't see that vehicle you collided with was due to the fact you knowingly and intentionally put darker than legal window tint on your vehicle, thus creating a safety hazard. Not a good idea in today's litigous society.....IMO
