Thanks, I'll try that.

Hi there! I can look into your F-150’s concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your F-150’s VIN?

It takes about 4 days of sitting and the truck goes into deep sleep. The Interior lights won’t come on and I can’t do anything to the truck with my cord pass app.
I’m having the same issue with my 2022 F150 Platinum. The problem is getting worse by the day. I cannot remote start my truck, Ford Pass app doesn’t work either. I carry a jump box with me in case I’m stranded. I’ve also noticed the start up chime resorts to the older truck chime when it goes into deep sleep.

Go into your settings and turn off automatic updates. The truck is supposed to go into deep sleep mode after 12-14 days of sitting. If automatic updates are on, it’ll drain the battery. Once I turned mine off, I never had another issue

I turned off automatic updates two days ago, but still having the issue. I drove the truck for over an hour yesterday and as soon as I get home and turned it off, I got the screen showing it was going into deep sleep to conserve battery life.

What was done to resolve the problem? I'm seeing the same thing.

Mine was resolved by turning off automatic updates. My truck sits for 2 weeks or more at a time and I haven’t had an issue since I shut off the updates.

Turning off automatic updates did "fix" the issue. Turned that off and no longer received the message. However, I had my battery tested at the dealership and even the quick test showed a bad cell and was replaced under warranty.
