Default 2021 Heater Question

2021 3.3l with 15,000 miles. Truck at operating temp. Heater temp set to 70 degree auto doesn’t produce much warm air when outside around 32degree and below. Turn off auto and might be a bit better but sometimes just not supplying warm air. Switch output settings between floor boards, vents and windshield with no real change. Feel like chill air from front of cab. Get back in truck later or outside temp a bit warmer and no issues with making hot air. All good and no cold air feel
any thoughts?

Hi there! If you send over a DM with your VIN and Ford dealer info, I can look into your concerns on my end.

If you turn it to full hot does it blow hot air?

Not familiar with the newer stuff, but would be looking to validate the blend door actuator operations with perhaps the HVAC control unit having an issue.
