Default 2020 F-150 Horn won't work

I have no power on either side of the 25 amp fuse no matter if the key is on or off and even if the horn is depressed. All other controls work on the steering wheel work. I also can find any info on a relay

Frustrated!

Truck is under warranty but before you take it in ..pull the fuse and make sure it is not cracked or damaged. Wish I could help more.

If you don't have 12v on either side of the fuse, you've lost connection between it and the battery.

I have an appointment with the Ford dealer to look at it. The fuse tests ok so I'm still curious as to what they find. The main power straps that feed to fuse box have power so I'm wondering how I would lose connection.

Does the horn have to be pressed for power to be sent to the fuse? Could it be in the steering wheel? I am not about to pull the Airbag assembly out to check because I assume that that would void the warranty.

What's going to void your warranty is you screwing around with it.

Just let Ford fix it. That's what your warranty is for...

No, fuses have 12v on them at all times, except for some that do not get power when the vehicle is off.

I am aware of the warranty issue if I "Screw around with it". I want to search to make sure that it isn't something simple that I'm overlooking and then get a $150 bill. I've dealt with that before.

After 3 days at the Ford dealership they had to replace the BCM module because of a corrosion issue. Glad that's done!

BCM corrosion on a two year old truck... did it take a swim in the ocean?
