2017 Platinum grill on Lariat?

2017 Platinum grill on Lariat?
Looking at buying a new 2017 F-150 Supercrew Lariat in the next couple of months. I want a Lariat but I like the grill on the Platinum better. Has anyone ever replaced their Lariat grill with a Platinum grill? I realize the Platinum grill has a camera in it that would be non functional on the Lariat but just wanted to know if it was possible and how hard it would be to do.

There have been many people across all trim levels that have put platinum grilles on their trucks....including me on a XLT
