The two at my dealer....... V8 5.0 with 20" tires.....and..... Ecoboost with 18" tires. Both have the 3.55 gearing.

id go 20s with some LT tires, 18s just look kinda off to me in a truck

18" tires are less expensive then a 20"...they also have more sidewall so they'll ride a little smoother. If both tires are say 32x11 I'd say fuel mileage would be about equal. No advantage to leveling other then look's!

Eco for the fun factor. 5.0V8 is nothing special to drive IMO. Makes a lot of noise but seems to go nowhere. I'm currently sorta-looking for a new truck and drove the 5.0 20 minutes ago. Can't bring myself to like it as much despite trying very hard. 6.2L is also nothing special IMO.

That's all I wish to contribute to this thread, now I sit back, grab some popcorn and watch the **** hit the fan.
