Default 2012 seat issues

I have a 2012 f150 fx4 with heated and cooled seats, recently now that the weather is cold I have noticed that I am not getting any heat on the driver side, nor any cooling for that matter. I can hear them click on but then a after about 30secs in shuts off, the indicator lights stay on until i physically shut them off. Any ideas of what this issue may be?

Thanks

Not sure about Fords but my Corvette's seats cooling didn't work properly...dealership said it had to do with too much Freon in the system so that's why it didn't work ( it would initially cool then stopped working) . The dealership took some of the freon out of the Corvette system and the cooled seats then worked fine after they did that...didn't have a problem with the heater element in the seat so don't know about that.
