Default Won't start

Have a 13' 5.0 150 recently purchased as a cop. Tried to start it last night. It would turn over fine but would not start. Have half a tank of gas and never let it get close to empty. Thinking fuel pump but any other ideas? In the street at a friends house so any suggetiions on getting it to start so I don't have to have it towed would be appreciated.

Check the fuses in the engine compartment. I think the fuse for the fuel pump is there.

Thanks NASSTY and Meathead for the idea. It was exactly what my issue was. First time ever being on a blog and a success. Thanks again
