So I bought a used 2018 f150 single cab. I was about to do some forscan things to it when I seen 2 atleast what looked like to me yes 2 OBD2 ports. Why would it have 2? Can I remove aftermarket looking one?9

Insurance tracking thing for insurance rates or the vehicle was a company car and it was GPS located ensuring it was where it should be, etc.
Ford normally does a better job of hiding oddball wiring that isn't about to get tangled in the drivers feet if they hit a bump knocking them down even further.
Also they look different and the OBD thingy you purchased for FORScan will only work in one of those 2 'ports'.
Since that question has been answered I will answer the question of why someone would have 2 OBD ports since I indeed have two of them. I have an OBD splitter so I can run my handheld Tuner and leave it plugged in and still have the other port open for ForScan without unplugging my tuner every time.
