KTP builds Super Duties and Expedition/Navigator and doesn't receive any 2.7 engines. The F150 plants are in Michigan and Missouri.

Open a case with Ford Customer service. I don't think it really helped me get an engine any faster but, I could get somewhat of a faster status than I could from the dealer. Plus, I knew the engine had shipped to the dealer before the dealer called me.
