Default 1987 f250 steering

i have a 1987 f250 and i have a little problem c if someone can help. The power steering everytime i turn to right it gets hard to turn but when i turn to the left its smooth. Can anybody tell me what would be the problem?

Possible cracked frame or loose steering box. Watch the box while someone else turns the steering wheel.

If the mechanical aspect has been eliminated, would then tend to believe its internal in the box, assist only working one direction and not shifting to the other direction. Have a problem with it being the pump, how does it know or care what direction the steering wheel is turned?
