Default 0 inch backspace, -6mm offset, will they stick out???

Hey guys I'm looking into some new rims for my 05 f150. I'm gonna level it with some bigger tires. I was wondering how far this rim will stick out.

No backspacing?
That means the wheel only goes inward as far as the hub.

This is a wheel with 0 backspacing.
If you have a wheel that's 8.5" wide with 0 backspacing, that entire 8.5" will be sticking out from your hubs.

Zero offset is different then zero backspacing. According to your first picture you're looking for a -6 offset with zero backspacing. My wheels are zero offset with 5" backspacing and they stick out. A -6 offset should stick out even further. Here's a pic of my wheels for reference.

0 backspacing, as indicated in the title, would put the entire rim past the mounting surface. Offset is how far off center the mounting flange is.
