What's the best programer for a 6.7 powerstroke? And what's the best mods for performance?

SCT is probably the most popular brand.

 

Spartan Diesel Technologies is at the top of the list when you are looking for power/performance from your PSD. One of their devices with a DPF/CAT delete pipe, CAI and new exhaust will get you started and increase your RWHP.

 

H&S is my choice but Spartan is awesome to. Sct doesnt push as much pwr, I had h&s with only 300 tune and dynoed 588 and 1181

Is there away to get an exhaust wit just cats without a programer?

 

You can't eliminate the DPF without re-programming the truck.
