The interior color is not listed and I bought new interior door panels from LMC truck, they DO NOT match so I am wanting to see if there is a paint out there that does.
Go to Amazon or a parts store website (like OReilly or Advance) or a paint website (like SEM or DupliColor), enter your truck's details, and shop for paint. But we can't guess since you didn't post pics of the interior, and decoders for labels that old are not commonly available. But as you learn details about the truck, you should put ALL the truck's details & history (as much as you know) into your signature so it shows with each post, as this page explains:
Phone apps don't always show signatures, so you may need to switch to a real browser in desktop mode on your phone, or just use a desktop/laptop computer. Put your location in your profile & upload an avatar of the truck. The more pics you post of the truck, engine, wiring, labels, & undercarriage, the more likely we can help you. Not all its details are relevant to these issues, but you don't necessarily know which ones are relevant, so just put in everything you can find now.
I'll be honest, don't even know how to add a signature. All that info is in my profile so I just assumed everyone could see that.

I purchased this -https://www.lmctruck.com/1980-96-ford/interior-panels/fd-1980-86-door-panel-sets- in "saddle" and it is a fair amount more "brown" than yellow. And I know it will drive me crazy to not have it match.

You seem far more concerned with my signature than my question?
Do you have a piece of the old panel? Or bring a piece of the color you want?
Bring them when you go to the parts or paint store, they can match them by computer.
Big Ed 1 - Thanks for actually answering my question. Yes, I can easily take in a piece. Closest store to me that does auto paint is napa. Can they do a color match for spraying a door panel?
