I tried to look up the exact applications, but I couldn't find them. I did see the 8" was the go to diff for just about everything light, including vans. My guess would be they were used in the F100's, especially 6 cyl and maybe 302"s

Yep, is a 9". I'm planning on going to 5.38 gears so I can run 37s-44s on it. Easiest ones to match with the Dana 44 up front.
