Default Rusted through!

Hey guys, I'm looking for help repairing my 86' F150. Above the drivers side rear tire has rusted through and I think if i bang it all out I'm going to be missing a fairly large portion above the tire. I don't know how to wield, and i was wondering if there were any other options to spot after i remove all of the rust next to wielding. Any suggestions will help, thanks.

The only proper way to fix it will be to weld in a new panel. If you don't care about proper or even if it will last then you can use fiberglass sheet and fiberglass bondo.
