Pretty much any 10w30 oil, don't use a Fram filter I have heard some bad things about them recently, I use Castrol GTX and a Motocraft FL1A filter.

I've never had any problems with Fram oil filters, and I've been using them for over 20 years now. As for oil, I've found that Valvoline MaxLife High Mileage works well for 100k + engines. I used straight yellow bottle Penzoil up until about 3 years ago though...all Fords and as far as I know they're all still running save the one I flattened when I was 16. I would like some others input about the Valvoline MaxLife High Mileage as I have the engine out to change all the gaskets and seals.
