X2 question..

 

Since he hasn't posted a shape file or a shapeways portal, I cant say what his cost on that thing is, however, its a relatively small, uncomplicated 3D print, and given that a dashpad from LMC appears to be ~130.00, I would guess that its a good bit cheaper, id be suprised if it were even half of that price.

 

Actually working on a cost reduction with Shapways now. Between the two pieces, the material cost was "too high" for me to open a portal.

Next round will have a cost reduction with it.
Personally, I don't care for the dash covers, kinda cheesy.
If you dash is in good shape, and only the speaker area is bad, this is the way to go to keep it looking original.
