Default To hubcap, or not to hubcap

What do you guys think? Hubcaps make it look fancy, but the steel wheels make it look more offroady.

I'd have to agree with Joe, I'd hubcap it.

Hmm. All you guys seem to love the hubcaps. I'm going to clean up the steel wheels for now and i'll think about it. The hubcaps and wheels will probably be for sale when I get my american racing outlaw 2 wheels. I want it to look like this

^ Those rims also look nice, with your (and my) stock rims, I feel they look better with hubcaps. This is MY opinion, which was also shared by the other posters. That said if YOU like the look without hubcaps by all means set it up that way after all it is YOUR truck and the only person who has to be happy with it is YOU. Just my two cents

Yeah I know that, I just cant decide myself. They will be off for a little while so I can clean up, prime and paint the wheels, and I'll see if they look any good from there. I might even be able to get 16x6 of those aluminum rims. Then I can use the tires I have now. What really stinks is I have an older set of the exact wheels I want that my uncle put on when he owned my f150. Too bad they are 5 lug.

I like my stuff stock, so I choose hubcaps. Maybe if the wheels were painted black, it might be OK to go without.

One of my rear hubcaps is all rusted out and about to fall off. For now they are off and I think I am going to paint the wheels either tan or brown. What would look best/what is stock color? I am thinking of also getting the all metal poverty hub caps like this or see if i can find some nice hubcaps like the ones i already have.

I'd go with the deeper brown for now if you are going to paint them, would accent the trim nicely.
