Default Hi-Boy question

I want to know if my 79 is a factory Hi-boy, I ran the VIN and nothing came up. Is there another way to find out? I don't think it is but, anyone have ideas?

"highboy" wasn't a ford name either. It was the nick name of them that just kind of stuck.

Oh hey wes, I was wrongly informed about highboys. I was telling you that your 44 front wasn't right, but it is. I thought all highboys had LP 60 fronts, but they also had LP 44s. Its closed knuckle too, right?
