My friends 74 F-150 is not getting fire to the plugs, can someone walk me through what needs to be checked out?

So do you have power everywhere else? Does it crank? Just has no spark?

it will crank all day and never start if the brains out. I keep a couple with me cuz it seems to be a common problem
