I agree. The high beam switch is the most likely cause of your concern.

did the interior lights also blink when the headlights blink. Bc my headlights also blink as does my interior ligts like the ac and headlight switch lights

Yes, check the 'high beam' switch on the driver's side floor. The other cause of the pulsating problem is a bad ground. Find the ground wire and make sure it's not corroded and has good contact. The headlight switches can also overheat and create the same problem.

If it is flickering i would put money on the altnater but all the lights would flicker. If it is turning off and on loose bad connection somewhere
