yeah paint is in the works. I've removed the spare tire carrier. I'm looking at getting a new beefy front bumper with out the brush guard and a new beefy rear bumper. I'm gonna look getting a full size bronco spare tire holder just to see how it looks. I'm thinking I'm gonna stay away from the light bars and just mount lights to the new bumper or to a bull bar.

Keep the ideas coming!

black, thinking a satin black to hide the hail damage and imperfections. It's not a show truck, I use and abuse it. Or my neighbor might be getting a texture sprayer to bedline his truck.... so I'm tempted to bedline the whole thing.

for your bumpers check out www.broncograveyard.com they got a bunch of stuff for these old fords as far as paint, i would just go with the same color you got just so your door jams will match up and you'll save some $$, then you could bedline the rocker panels, bed and toolbox, that would look sick.

your correct bro, black show the smallest imperfection in the under layers, requires alot of time, just to say my dad is a painter and he dreads everytime he has to paint black lol, but on the other hand when done correctly it is a very beautiful job, just requires alot of work and prep when doing.

black does show imperfections...BUT i'm planning a flat or satin black. Non-gloss paint jobs hit flaws very well. =)
