You are definitely missing the entire CC servo. It's about 6" dia and 4" deep and mounted to the 2 empty bolt holes that you see on the fender.

There should be 2 vacuum hoses and an electrical connector attached to the servo. The hose you found is one of them.

Note that there is also a CC electronic module inside up under the dash and of course the CC buttons on the steering wheel bar. The horn relay is also part of the system.

Well I know I'm missing the box for sure, but maybe I have all the hoses, wires, etc.. What all should connect to the cc box? I'd imagine it'd be easier to just buy the box rather than go around hunting for all the wires and stuff. If I am missing anything else, I'll probably just get an entire aftermarket cruise control. I'll post pictures of any stray wires I can find and see if it's part of the cc system later.
